Juanita Craft worked with the NAACP Youth Council of Dallas throughout the 1950s and 1960s. As the daughter of an educator, the value of learning was instilled in her from a young age. She once said, “No matter how many doors are open you can’t go in them unless you have some money, and you’re not going to have the money if you don’t have the education.” | Date: 1956 | Source: https://www.texascooppower.com/texas-stories/history/witness-to-struggleDownload Original File
