An applying cooperative had to produce at least three of these forms for each mile of proposed lines. Sometimes this was done in group meetings, but often promoters of the cooperative traveled over miles of rural dirt roads and tracks to sign up enough members. Note the interesting contrast between the simplicity of the REA posters and the complexity of this document, both aimed at the same audience. | Source: Poage Legislative Library, Baylor UniversityDownload Original File
